Submit Your Concurrent Session Proposals
The ASCA annual conference committee is happy to open the call for concurrent programs. The deadline to submit concurrent program proposals has been extended to Sunday, October 13, 2024, at 11:59 PM Pacific.
We recognize that a variety of topic areas serve as integral tools for you and your institutions, particularly during this time of change within higher education. We expect that sessions most relevant to attendees will address the current and future educational environment along with developments in the student conduct profession. We also hope that presenters will explore new topics related to our field, and we encourage sessions to highlight individuals’ and institutions’ diverse perspectives.
Recognizing the value of fully experiencing the conference, please note that a single presenter may present no more than two sessions during the Annual Conference (including as a co-presenter). This includes standard sessions, roundtables, and panel discussions.
Vital to your concurrent program submission will be an understanding and inclusion of an ASCA Knowledge and Skills area. Please be sure to review the information to identify the connection between your program content and a specific ASCA Knowledge and Skills area before submission. Additionally, we encourage you to view the important documents below before submitting your proposal/s:
Questions regarding submission of materials or the selection process can be sent to Michaela Arthur, 2025 Conference Programming Chair, at [email protected].
