Conference Programming

ASCA is now accepting program proposals for the 2027 ASCA Annual Conference in Washington, D.C., taking place February 10–13, 2027, at the Crystal Gateway Marriott.

The Annual Conference is an opportunity to share ideas, highlight best practices, and contribute to conversations shaping the future of student conduct and higher education. We invite professionals from across the field to submit a proposal—or nominate a colleague whose perspective would benefit our Conference attendees. Conference programming will feature a range of educational experiences designed to engage attendees and explore emerging topics, practical solutions, innovative approaches, and professional insights.

For 2027, educational sessions will be offered in three presentation formats:

Pre-Conference Session: Half-day and full-day sessions are available. This is your opportunity to share your expertise on student conduct, leadership, and belonging, as well as innovative ideas, best practices, and transformative experiences that can shape the future of our field. We are looking for interactive programs for attendees to engage with through case studies, roundtable discussions, interactive content learning, and more! Whether you are a seasoned professional or newer to the field, we encourage you to apply! Pre-Conference sessions scheduled for Wednesday, February 10, 2027.

  • Pre-Conference Proposal Deadline: July 10 by 11:59 PM PT (the deadline will not be extended!)

Research Poster Presentation: This is a new opportunity for our community to showcase their scholarship. A poster session is a visual presentation of research, allowing for an informal conversation with participants outside of a formal concurrent session format. Research Posters Presentations will occur during Concurrent Session 3 on Thursday, February 11, 2027.
