Dr. Courtney Allen is from New York City and has over 16 years of experience in Higher Education within Student Affairs. She is currently the Director of Community Standards & Student Engagement, Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC).
Dr. Allen joined ASCA in 2023 and become involved in Region 10 Leadership as Co-Chair in 2023/2024. Over her 16-year career in education, with most of her time in Residence Life and Student Life. Dr. Allen has worked for organizations such as: Rowan University, Widener University, Clemson University, DC Government and Notre Dame of Maryland University.
Dr. Allen received her B.A. from Susquehanna University, her M.A. from Rowan University and her Ph.D. from Clemson University. She is also a proud member of Sigma Gamma
Rho Sorority, Inc. and is a Big Sister in the Big Brother, Big Sister with the Y of Central Maryland. Dr. Allen loves running marathons and half marathons, karaoke, and enjoys spending time with her dog Jadakiss.
She is so excited to be on the Annual Conference committee as the Logistics Chair!
Extended Committee – Kelli Campa

Kelli serves as the Director of Community Standards for Marist University in Poughkeepsie, New York. Kelli has held previous positions in residence life, student conduct, and orientation at schools in New York and New Jersey. Originally from California, Kelli loves to play board games, go to trivia, and hang out with her husband Greg and twins Mia and Grant (almost 2 years old)!
