Kalea Jackson serves as the Associate Director for Community Standards at Johnson & Wales University’s Charlotte Campus. She is honored to be the Communications and Marketing Chair for the 2026 ASCA Annual Conference.

Kalea’s work in student conduct is grounded in a student-centered, holistic approach shaped by her background in residence life, athletics, and counseling psychology. As a former athlete and coach, Kalea brings that same passion and discipline into helping students grow, learn, and thrive.

Kalea also has a background in media and podcasting, which fuels her love for storytelling and building authentic connections through communication. Kalea believes in the power of creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
