Kristen Shimko (she/her/hers) is a Student Responsibility Coordinator in the Office of Student Conduct at the University of Kentucky. Kristen’s work passions include Circle Processes and marketing the Universities Alcohol/Drug Amnesty Policy. In addition to her professional work, Kristen is a Ph.D. student in the Educational Policies and Evaluation Department. Her future research area of interest has to do with exploring NCAA Division II student athlete’s cognizance of hazing behaviors and barriers to reporting.
