Gavrielle Jacobson serves as the Assistant Director of Student Rights and Responsibilities at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where she supports medical student professionalism, addresses reports of mistreatment, and develops wellness programming. She began her career in student conduct as a graduate assistant at the University of South Carolina, focusing on academic integrity and developing the institution’s first artificial intelligence module to address AI-related academic integrity violations. Gavrielle also served as the Bracewell Conference Intern for the 2025 ASCA Annual Conference and was a member of the Professional Growth Extended Committee for the 2026 ASCA Annual Conference. She holds an M.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina and a B.A. in Sociology from Appalachian State University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles, and spending time with her cat.
