Presidential and Bracewell Conference Graduate Internship Application is now open!
ASCA is excited to open our call for the Presidential & Bracewell Internships for the 2026 ASCA Annual Conference. This year's event will be held February 11 - February 14, 2026 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA.
The Presidential and Bracewell Conference Graduate Internships have been developed to foster leadership opportunities within the Association for Student Conduct Administration. Graduate Interns will have opportunities to observe and interact with ASCA leadership, to experience the organization’s inner workings – either through the Board of Directors or the Conference Planning Team – and to gain access to mentors and a professional network within the Association.
In exchange for providing assistance under the direction of the ASCA President or the Conference Chair, interns will receive:
- One year ASCA student membership
- Waived 2026 Annual Conference registration fee
- Lodging at the Conference site hotel
- Up to $125 reimbursement for meals not provided during the Annual Conference
- Annual Conference apparel
Submission of Materials and Timeline
In addition to completing the form below, all applicants must provide a resume and contact information for one professional reference. This person can be a supervisor, faculty member, professional colleague, or other person who can speak to the applicant's professional skills and interests.

For full consideration, all application materials must be submitted by 11:59pm (PST) on Sunday, September 14, 2025. Rolling interviews will be conducted through September 30.
Both internships are expected to begin October 27, 2025.
