Dr. Daniqua Williams (she/her) is a Student Conduct Officer at the University of Texas at Arlington and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. In her role, she works to ensure that accountability processes are student-centered, fair, and reflective of diverse experiences. Her work bridges conduct and care, with a strong focus on creating affirming spaces for historically marginalized students.

A proud Bahamian native, Dr. Williams brings a global and culturally grounded perspective to the field. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership, with dissertation research exploring equity in higher education—particularly the experiences of international students.

Dr. Williams is currently serving her second year as Co-Chair of ASCA’s Equity and Inclusion Committee, where she helps facilitate a welcoming educational community that supports diversity-related research and practical applications that benefit the ASCA organization and its members. With a background in mental health, she brings a trauma-informed, relationship-focused lens to every space she’s in.

Extended Committee – Dr. Kentrell King

Dr. Kentrell King (he/him) serves as the Student Conduct Coordinator at Alabama A&M University in Huntsville, AL. A proud first-generation college student himself, Kentrell’s passion for higher education stems from his desire to support others on their academic and personal journeys, just as he was supported. Joining the association in 2024, Kentrell quickly engaged with its offerings, particularly enjoying the Communities of Practice (CoPs) and the annual conference. He’s now eager to contribute to the overall success of the 2026 conference and give back to the association that has already provided him so much. When he’s not working, Kentrell is an avid traveler and might just be visiting your city! He also dedicates his time to volunteering with his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
