Advocacy & Community Engagement Chair – Antoinette A. Murray conference-advocacy@theasca.org


Antoinette Murray (she/her) is the Assistant Director of Student Conduct for Residence Life at Rutgers University- New Brunswick in New Jersey. In this role, she serves on both the Residence Life and Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution Services Leadership Teams, providing oversight of the student conduct process for a residential community of approximately 16,000 students.

Antoinette is a native New Yorker and hails from Staten Island, NY. Antoinette is an alumna of SUNY Old Westbury where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Nova Southeastern University where she received her Master of Science in College Student Affairs with Specialization in Conflict Analysis and Resolution.

Antoinette has been a member of the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) since 2020 and began volunteering with ASCA in 2022. She has served on the ASCA Annual Conference Committee and Extended Committee for two consecutive years, most recently as the 2025 Conference Experience Chair. Antoinette is excited to continue her leadership within ASCA as the 2026 Advocacy & Community Engagement Chair and looks forward to connecting with conference attendees at the 2026 ASCA Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.!

Extended Committee – Ron A. Alexander III


Ronald Alexander is a seasoned student affairs professional with over 15 years of experience in higher education, specializing in student conduct, residence life, and Title IX investigations. He currently serves as the Associate Director of Community Standards at Pace University, Pleasantville. Known for his strategic, student-centered approach, Ronald has built a career advocating for equitable processes, community accountability, and holistic student support.

He has held leadership roles in student conduct offices at multiple institutions and has served as a case resolution facilitator, investigator, and policy developer. His work has spanned complex adjudication processes, alternative resolution models, crisis response, and staff training. Ronald’s expertise includes managing high-impact cases, consulting on behavioral intervention strategies, and designing comprehensive student conduct systems grounded in restorative practices and due process.

Ronald is an active leader in national organizations such as the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA), where he has served on state and national committees now serving as the Parilmentatian for ASCA, presented at multiple conferences, and championed training for Gen Z professionals. He is also a former Vice President of Operations for the Chicago Metropolitan Sports Association (CMSA), where he led inclusive event planning for thousands of LGBTQIA+ athletes.

Passionate about building safe, inclusive, and values-driven campus communities, Ronald is also a trusted consultant to colleges and universities, offering services in code of conduct revision, external investigations, and advisor training for student hearings.

He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University, bringing an additional layer of empathy and insight to his student affairs work. Ronald continues to bridge the gap between education and care in all that he does.
