New Virtual Initiatives

ASCA Conference at Home Playlist The ASCA 2021 Conference committee would like to invite you to submit three to five (3-5) songs for the first-ever ASCA Conference @ Home Playlist. We recognize that 2020 has been a challenging year for many. Though COVID-19 has physically separated us this year, we hope that through the power of music, this playlist serves as a proxy for bringing us together and connecting with one another. We hope that it makes you smile and that it keeps you motivated as you work and conference from home this year. Song submissions are being accepted now through February 4th and the playlist will be available beginning February 8th on Spotify. A Spotify account is not required to listen. Click here to recommend songs for the playlist and to learn more about audio accessibility. Instagram Photo Challenge The 2021 ASCA Conference committee invites you to represent your alma mater and highlight your ASCA 2021 conference experience through our Instagram photo challenge! Each day of the conference, we challenge you to post a photo related to the theme of the day using #ASCA21isVirtual. Virtual Tourist Attractions One of the things that is part of the ASCA Conference experience is the opportunity to explore the host city. Though COVID may have reduced our ability to travel, we can still virtually enjoy the tourist attractions of the DMV area. Consider experiencing one of the virtual tours!Recipe Exchange This past year, many of us have been spending more time at home and in the kitchen--whether it be from attempting to bake our own bread or discovering pancake cereal, cooking has brought many of us comfort and joy during the past year. We invite you to share one recipe with your ASCA family, to be included in ASCA Conference Cookbook.
